We want Snooze Brew to arrive smoothly and without surprises. This page explains how we process orders, what to expect after checkout, and how to get help if a shipment needs attention.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently focus on shipping within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, any expanded coverage will be noted clearly at checkout.
3. Delivery Timing
Estimated delivery timing depends on your location and carrier service level.
Once your order leaves our fulfillment queue, most U.S. shipments arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
4. Tracking Information
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your package is on the way.
That email will include a tracking link so you can follow the shipment to your doorstep.
5. Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before shipment.
6. Delays, Loss, or Damage
Carrier delays can happen, especially during holiday periods or severe weather.
