We want Snooze Brew to feel like a fit for your routine. If it doesn’t, this policy explains how our satisfaction guarantee and refund support work.
1. 30-Night Satisfaction Guarantee
Try Snooze Brew for up to 30 nights. If it doesn’t feel like the right match for your bedtime routine, contact us and we’ll review your order for a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
To request a refund, email support@trySnooze Brew.com with your order number and a short note about what didn’t work for you.
We may limit guarantees for repeated orders, excessive claims, or situations that suggest abuse of the policy.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Photos of the package and product help us resolve replacement or refund requests more quickly.
4. Subscription Orders
Subscription orders can usually be paused, skipped, or canceled before the next charge date from your account settings or through our support team.
If a refill has already processed or shipped, we may not be able to stop it in time, but we’ll still help review the best next option.
5. Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
We may decline refund requests involving missing order details, chargebacks already in process, or requests submitted far outside the guarantee window.
